Legal aid covers all legal matters. Legal aid is based on the applicant’s income, expenses, assets and maintenance obligations. The income and expenses of a spouse or common-law partner are also taken into account. We will find out on your behalf whether you are entitled to free legal aid. We will also be happy to draw up a legal aid application on your behalf.

Lakimajakka Ltd offers legal expert services at a reasonable, transparent price. An initial consultation to identify the problem and the service needs is always free of charge. The initial consultation can take place by telephone, e-mail or in the office. We use a time-based hourly rate based on the time spent on the assignment. The hourly rate is € 235 per hour plus VAT (24%), the hourly rate for VAT purposes is € 291.40 per hour. Our payment term is 14 days from the date of invoice. In case of late payment, interest on arrears is charged in accordance with the Interest Act.
